These prices are subject to change at any time. Events scheduled after midnight will incur an additional charge of $2,295.00

Item	Rate	Policy
Usher	Starting at $50.00	Ushers are required at every event. The number of ushers required and length of time they are needed depends upon the size of the event. Ushers are $50.00 per usher for the first 5 hours and $10.00 per usher for every hour thereafter.
Insurance	$175.00	If the client presents a proper certificate of insurance, this fee will be waived.
Facilities	$2,295.00	This fee is in effect for events occurring after midnight.
Parking	$17.00	Parking passes are available for guests. The Client will be billed after the event. The Kennedy Center Shuttle Bus runs to and from the Foggy Bottom Metro Station every fifteen minutes free of charge.
Production Resources	Production elements can be scheduled for you event through the Special Events Office. Items such as additional lighting, rope & stanchion, lecterns, microphones, sound systems, staging, drapes & curtains, and audio/visual equipment are available. Rates on these items vary depending on the complexity of your event.
